After two successful Blast Nights, this year, JoScene joined forces with Metal Bell Magazine to bring you their 3rd edition. Featuring award-winning Lebanese Metal band BLAAKYUM and Lebanese Thrash/Death Metal band InnerGUILT, alongside two of the most prominent UAE-based Metal bands: SVENGALI and PULL BOX.
For the first time ever, the main organizers in our little scene: Metal Bell, RockRing and YM Events collaborate on an event (hopefully more to come). As we have always said since our first event “Metal Battle”: United We Stand Divided We Fall.

Recently, we published an article describing the event that was to take place at The Music Room, Dubai. The Halloween special was supposed to feature Svengali and Coat of Arms on stage, with the night being headlined by Belgian Death Metal band Aborted. However, an angry parent managed to ban the band from playing in the UAE!

After being frozen in time and space for an hour and a half between clouds of Earth’s humanized land, I have finally arrived late at midnight to ATATURK airport and took the HAVAS shuttle to TAKSIM square, where by then I was so tired and totally drowsy. I could not help but notice that most of the buildings there were wrapped with huge despotic Turkish flags that reflectedan immense patriotic society; also TAKSIM is filled with shops, pubs, and myriad restaurants.
