Metal-Leaks | New Song Released Unofficially

Year after year and the Rock and Metal scene in Lebanon is progressing and evolving and day after day we are witnessing a new release, a band that is touring abroad, or even participation in major international festivals. Today, we discovered that a new song was released unofficially by one of the most entertaining rock bands in town. And we just leaked it to you, in this article, even before the band officially announce it or set a date for its release.

In Sanity Q has long become a household name in the Lebanese Rock scene, building a reputation for themselves as one of the most entertaining Rock bands in Lebanon. The Qs aren’t only about the music but also about the show, the theatrical rock show, that is mastered by every member.

New Song was Released

The style however, as much as it is defined as Rock, is full of punk and early metal influences. Tonight, Metal Bell Magazine is premiering “F**k Peace”, a new track by the almighty In Sanity Q. The song starts with calm arpeggios and vocals that will make you think this is an Iron Maiden song. But soon enough, the song kicks into a rock punk style.

The recording vintage quality take us back to early years of Metal which adds up to the beauty of the track. Listen below to “F**K Peace”, the new song released today.

DIVULGENT | The Anonymous Band Releases First Demo Song

DIVULGENT The Anonymous Band Releases First Demo Song!

All of a sudden, a band page in the name of Divulgent appears on Facebook. With a considerably long biography for a band that just started (read below), and a TBAs on the members’ list, they definitely got our attention.

Who, What, Why?

The About of the band depicts the following:

“We are the silenced, faced with corruption, clinging to survival with no end.
Yet, beneath the carnage a silver lining shall appear, speaking the words that you all must hear.”

Interesting enough, the band released their first music teaser a few days later. On January 17th, they released their first song from their debut EP. (Video Below)

First Release

“This song is NOT the fully produced EP quality”, the band commented on their released Lyrical video. Therefore, we are going to call it a demo. The song is actually a pretty good one! So, judging by the quality of the recording aside, the track clearly shows high musicianship and great composing abilities.

With no time, the track got a lot of support from the local and regional scene, tens of shares and an approximately 1800 views in only 3 days. Checkout  “Techno Logic” below and leave your thoughts in the comments section at the bottom of the page.

 DIVULGENT The Anonymous Band

An announcement today on the band page says that the band will be revealing its members in 24 hours. Bummer 🙁 we thought we were going to enjoy the mysterious approach more. (Read full statement below)

Biography

DIVULGENT is a new Experimental/Groove Metal band from Beirut, Lebanon.

Mixing sounds of heavy chugging guitars, melodies, catchy riffing patterns, groovy drumming and bass lines, a twist of melo-djent with heavy breakdowns layered with harsh vocals, talking about the issues that we all as people should open our eyes to. We define the concept of each message we find important, to be delivered with its own special identity. We are able to achieve a very unique sound due to many great bands that have influenced each member. To mention a few, Meshuggah, Lamb of God, After The Burial, and Slipknot have added their influence to our own imagination and flavoring.

Divulgent has been writing its own material from the very beginning back in late 2016. And recently recorded a Demo CD in order for people to know what to expect from the band, and listen to the messages that we try to deliver. We have a clear image of where we want this band to go, the path we want to take, the stages we aim to play and the people we want to communicate with, and build a family with those who can relate to our visions and inspire us with more.

When all this became a common interest and a mutual vision, all 5 members whom assembly turned out to be a very distinct combination due to all their experiences, decided that this is something they look to be doing for a very long time with insistence and perseverance in order to build on our passion – music.

Korn, the Nu-metal pioneers, announced a date for their twelfth studio album, “The Serenity Of Suffering”, on October 21 through Roadrunner Records, which is the follow-up to 2013’s “The Paradigm Shift”.

The CD features a guest appearance by SLIPKNOT’s frontman Corey Taylor on the song “A Different World”.

06. Take Me
07. Everything Falls Apart

In addition, Korn have revealed the official music video for their new track, “Rotting In Vain”, which was performed live last week at Chicago Open Air, starring Sons Of Anarchy’s Tommy Flanagan.

About the meaning of the song, lead singer Jonathan Davis says: “Rotting in Vain was written about being in that black place, being in situations that I don’t like in life, be it relationships or feeling when you’re stuck and you’re just being abused or you don’t like where you’re at, and you just sit there and rot. It takes you years and years to figure out how to claw your way out. That’s where ‘Rotting in Vain’ came from. That’s the vibe that inspired the song.”

Check it out here; it is really epic:

KORN’s new album “The Serenity Of Suffering” can be pre-ordered before it is out on October 21st through Roadrunner Records and get an instant download of ‘Rotting In Vain’.
