Arriving a few minutes before the show started, I was struck by the size of the crowd and how hyped people were in Metro that night. The venue was packed to the point that we couldn’t even elbow our way past the crowd to get a bit closer to the stage.

AMADEUS AWAD’s EON, the project by prominent progressive rock/metal guitarist Amadeus Awad, will launch their highly-anticipated new album “THE BOOK OF GATES”, which features Russell Allen and Amanda Somerville (on vocals), Kevin Moore (on the keyboards), John Macaluso (on the drums), Dan Veall (on the bass), as well as the local talents Elyes Bouchoucha (on the keyboards), Elia I. Monsef (on vocals), and Amadeus Awad (on the guitars).
