While the media was having a fuss about Metallica’s new album lately, I was anticipating new kick-ass music from the Teutonic thrashers Kreator after posting several video teasers and photos, and posting a photo in Greek that read “Θεοί της βίας” which translates to Gods of Violence in English.

Today, Kreator released a video for the title track of their new upcoming album “Gods Of violence” due on Jan. 27 through Nuclear Blast that will serve as the band’s first album since 2012’s Phantom Antichrist with 11 new tracks produced and mixed at Fascination Street Studios by Jens Bogren, who also produced, engineered, and mixed the band’s previous album and has worked with dozens upon dozens of other metal legends.

The video is quite interesting and the music has the vibes of songs like “United in Hate” and “Phantom Antichrist”; the band definitely preserved their well-known melodies with new demonic thrashing riffs.

Mille Petrozza comments: “We have prepared an amazing video trilogy with Grupa13 for our new album. We believe that they are among the most creative artists when it comes to surreal video art. The story line is linked to our album concept and the first clip visualizes the birth of the KREATOR demon”.
