Metalocalypse creator Jon Schnepp is onĀ life support following a “catastrophic stroke.” His partner, Holly, confirmed the situation in a post on Instagram. “While everyone is desperate for updates on his condition, we ask for your understanding on giving us the privacy we need over the next few days as we deal with the difficult concerning Jon’s care,” she wrote. “Please keep him in your prayers, and in your heart.”

The writer, director and Producer of the show was admitted to a Los Angeles-area hospital late last week. Holly wrote in an update, “My future husband is sicker than I’ve seen him in 15 years, and not being there with him is killing me. Health is all we have you guys. Nothing else matters if you don’t have your health. You can’t fight the world’s bullshit without it.”

A GoFundMe campaign has been launched to help Schnepp’s family with his medical expenses.Ā $98,781Ā of the $150,000 goal has been raised at the time of this report. Donation options via Venmo and PayPal are available as well.Ā You can seeĀ additional information in Holly’sĀ post below.
