Svengali, the metal band based in Dubai that we all know and love, recently performed at their first international festival, the 100de100 Headbangers’ Weekend Metal Festival in Turkey! Here’s a short behind-the-scenes video!
The Headbangers’ Weekend started on the 29th of August and ended on the 31st. The international festival was headlined by no other than KREATOR, HELLOWEEN, ARCH ENEMY, THERION, KATATONIA, AT THE GATES, ENSIFERUM, ROTTING CHRIST, MOONSPELL, CARCASS, SEPTICFLESH, MURDER KING, KES, METALIUM, PITCH BLACK PROCESS, CHAOSNERVE, ATHOR, VORTEX OF CLUTTER, SOUL SACRIFICE, THROWN TO THE SUN, and definitely our friends from SVENGALI.
Svengali released their EP, Unscathed, last year, which we gave a 9/10 in our review. Last March, Svengali released their debut album, Theory of Mind. It was recorded, mixed, mastered, and engineered at Haven Studio by the talented Hadi Sarieddine from Benevolent.

We were with Svengali in Istanbul, closing off our tour with our 8th international festival covered in 2015 alone.
