Haven’t seen Jack White live in concert? Well, guess what…

You will have to wait for a long time until you see him again, unless…. Well, Jack announced that before the hiatus, he will do 5 (completely) acoustic gigs, each in a state that he has never performed in before, where the ticket will cost 3$!! However, the dates and locations have not been announced yet, as they will be announced on the day of the concert. These concerts will feature Fats Kaplin, Lillie Mae Rische and Dominic Davis. We also know that these concerts will take place after the Coachella concert Jack will be playing at.

Jack White declared that he will be going on hiatus through his website, providing no reason, or whatsoever statement behind the sudden desire to stop his live performances. But the website didn’t mention anything about stopping studio sessions… Could Jack be taking a year off to drop some new tunes?
