The Swedish berserkers Amon Amarth have now announced that they’ll release a new album, Jomsviking, on March 25 via Metal Blade.

Jomsviking is the band’s first concept album which depicts a tale of love and revenge. With a recent interview done by Loudwire magazine, Johan Hegg talks about his influences, writing, and getting into character. What’s more exciting is that there will be a theatrical stage production based on this upcoming album. They have released the debut single from the album, “First Kill,” and it is damn wicked.
