A Line up of PURE HEAVY METAL bands will gather for an event to remember and to bid farewell to Reigen guitarist Mayk El Khoury who is leaving Lebanon for good to Canada. Let’s give him a Loud and Heavy Farewell.

Into the void is a band whose sole purpose is to celebrate the greatness of Black Sabbath. They will be playing Black Sabbath’s greatest hits, as well as a few deep cuts.

Into the void are:

REIGEN:

Reigen is a heavy metal band formed in 2008 which incorporates progressive elements in their songwriting.
They will be performing songs from their upcoming album as well as some heavy metal covers.

Reigen are:

Ghaith Al-Rahi: Vocals and rythm guitar
Mayk El Khoury: Lead guitar
Marc Bitar: Drums
Jerome Sfeir: Keyboards

SOUND OF DEGENERATION:

S.O.D. is a Lebanese Heavy Metal band that has been around for the last 5 or 6 years and been known as ‘RebellioN’.
As the name has been taken by an international band the members decided to change the name to SOUND OF DEGENERATION.
The band plays only originals influenced from the 80’s and currently working on the album that hopefully will be released soon.

ZiX

ZiX is an acclaimed cross-cultural heavy metal band who released their second EP untitled “ Rise from your ashes your grave” in October 2018 which features guest vocalist “Hansi Kürsch” of Blind Guardian and they are now working on the 2nd full length album to be released in 2019.

In 2016, ZiX released their debut album, “The Tides of the final war” with 7x Grammy-winning producer and mixer Steve Thompson (Metallica,Yngwie, Kiss, Anthrax, Madonna, Guns ‘N Roses, and KORN, to name a few) through german label puresteel records. The drummer on that album was Kenny Earl Rhino From Manowar and featured an all star cast.

In 2012, Ziad, Maya and Juan completed the self-produced demo “The WarWhore.” Right away, the single impacted metal musicians and fans throughout the world. On the strength of that single song and ZiX’s mission in perilous territory, the great Metal Hammer Magazine voted and embraced ZiX as “one of the top 100 defenders of the faith.”
