Traveling to the UK after being chosen to headline the New Blood Stage at Bloodstock Festival on Sunday 13th August, Lebanese Metal Thrashers Blaakyum will take their unique blend of Thrash, Heavy, and Groove Metal infused with Middle Eastern and Levantine folk music vibes to London. Blaakyum Pre Bloodstock Show will take place at The Dev in Camden Town, a venue that is well known for its support to the underground music scene.
Three bands will be opening for Blaakyum at this event at The Dev. And here’s where we got surprised. It caught our attention that alongside Caskets and Endeavour, Element 26’s Guitarist and founding member Alexy Khoury‘s newest band, “GODD” will be opening for the Lebanese Thrashers, which is pretty cool!
Also, it is important to note that Endeavour‘s guitarist IAN is also Onslaught.
Arch Enemy will be releasing their 10th studio album, “Will To Power“, on September 8, 2017 via Century Media Records. The band are also excited to reveal the album’s captivating cover artwork, shown below, designed by Alex Reisfar.

Following in the steps of their most acclaimed album to date, “War Eternal”, which saw the band reach their highest charts in the US and Germany, “Will To Power” will continue to smash records worldwide.

During the final show of Five Finger Death Punch’s U.S. Tour, the band members did some pranks on All That Remains guest frontman Phil Labonte, who filled in for Ivan Moody who had to step out of the tour due to sickness.
At the final show of the tour on December 10 in Duluth, G.A., Phil Labonte was surprised to find a dildo instead of his mic, taped to the stand. Footage can be seen below.
A video posted by Vocalist For All That Remains (@philthatremains) on
Phil took the joke very lightly. He even shared the above footage on his personal Instagram account and posted about it with the following:
“When I ran out on stage instead of a mic there was a dick,” read the post, which can be seen below. “Fitting way to end a really fun 8 shows. Thanks to @zoltanbathory @jasonhook_5fdp @5fdpchriskael and Jeremy. So much fun to help these boys out.”
But he didn’t know what was awaiting him later.
Five Finger Death Punch wanted to fool around more, so they took advantage of the fact that Labonte was still learning the songs’ lyrics and was using a teleprompter, because he couldn’t memorize all the lyrics with the little time he had to practice with the band. So during “The Bleeding,” the band changed the lyric “I remember when all the games began” to “I remember when all the dicks began” as you can clearly hear it in the video below.
Testament fans have been waiting a long time for this moment. To be precise, it’s been 4 years since “Dark Roots Of The Earth” was released back in 2012. They finally set a date to unleash their new record titled “The Brotherhood Of The Snake” on October 28. Continue reading
