I was someone who sits alone but not completely alone; music was my one and forever close friend. I needed nothing more. I thought it was okay to be different until I grew up and realized that people around you do not accept what’s different and people fear what does not belong and conform. It was all good though, I didn’t care much, yet as I kept getting older, I remember the first day at university, a group of my classmates bullied me for having different views, mocked me for my music and they way I dress, called me Satanist.

We all share similar stories about bullying. While some stand their ground and fight, others fall in depression and eventually suicide.

Korn’s frontman Jonathan Davis had his own share of this and here’s what he thinks about it: “FUCK BULLYING! I’ve been bullied so many times in my life for being “different” and I know a lot of you have as well. It’s time that us FREAKS stand together and show the world that it’s good to be a freak, weird, and straight up different.”

So he is launching a 2-week T-Shirt brand campaign with Merchful today to help those that are suffering from bullying or suicidal thoughts. Jonathan Davis continued: “As you know, bullying is something a lot of people have to deal with and many times that type of harassment leads to suicide. Let’s help shine a light on this crap, let’s be weird, let’s be different, but always be yourself. Let’s see how many people we can get behind this movement.”
